What is Group ID and how do you view it?

A Group ID is a unique identifier code used in the API to add contacts to a particular group. This process streamlines contact management and organisation and thus allows a seamless experience in the application. If you want to view a Group ID, do the following:

  • Open the Groups and Tags menu.
  • Click on the “Settings” icon under the “My Groups” column.

  • Once you click on it, the Group ID will be visible to you from the Group settings tab appearing on the right side of the screen.
