How to add a contact to a Tag?
Adding a contact to a Tag can be achieved through three different ways. The first way of adding a contact to a Tag is to:
Open the Groups and Tags menu and click on the “Add Contact” button from the top right side of the screen.
A pop-up screen will appear on the right half of the screen.
In that pop-up, you will need to fill in the contact information. Some of the mandatory information that needs to be filled in are the Email address, name of the group to which the contact needs to be added, and the subscription status.
Once these are entered, you need to select the tag using the “Add Tag” dropdown button.
Choose the Tag to which the contact needs to be added and click on the “save” button .
Your desired contact will now be added to the Tag.
The second way to add a contact to a Tag is by:
Selecting the contact using the checkbox on the left side of the screen.
Once a contact is selected, click on the “Add Tag” dropdown .
When you click that dropdown, you will have the option to select the tag using the drop-down box and click on the “Add” button.
The desired contact will be added to the Tag
The third way to add a contact is by
Clicking on the name of the contact from the contacts list.
This will open the “Profile Settings” menu.
In that menu, you will find the “+” icon beside the “Tags” menu .
You can add a tag by simply clicking on the icon and selecting the tag. Once you have selected the tag, click on the “Add Tag” button to add the contact to a tag.
