What is Tag ID and how do you view it?

A Tag ID is a unique identifier that is used in the API to attach tags to individual contacts. This facilitates targeted segmentation and personalised communication strategies based on the specific tag. To view a Tag ID, you need to do the following:

  • Open the Groups and Tags menu.
  • Click on the “Settings” icon under the “My Tags” column.

  • Click on the “Settings” icon.

  • Once you click on it, the Tag ID will be visible to you from the Tag settings tab appearing on the right side of the screen.
