How to embed a sign-up form on your website?

  • Open the Forms tab from the main menu.
  • Click on the “Create Form” button .

  • A pop-up will appear asking for the name. Fill in the name and click on the “Create” button .

  • The next step is to select the type of form. To embed a sign-up form, you need to select the “Inline Form” and click on the “Use Template” button .

  • Once you click that, then it is a 4-step process from there on.
  • The first step is “Form”. Under this, you will have the option to choose the type of formatting that is required.
  • After selecting all the formatting options, click on the “Next” button .

  • The second step is “Behaviour”. Under this, you will have the option to add a group as a recipient. Along with that, you will also have the option to enable “Send Notification Email”, “Check Email Validation”, and “Remove Branding”.
  • It is important to note that, you will be able to avail of all these options only when you are a premium subscribed member. Once all these are enabled, click on the “Next” button .

  • The third step is “Success”. Under this, you can choose whether to give a URL for redirection or put up a thank-you note for the email recipients.
  • Once that is done, click on the “Next” button . It is important to note that you can either opt for redirection or go with a thank-you note

  • The final step is “Publish”. Under this, you will have the option to add a script tag, add embed code and enable an option for publishing form.
  • You can add an embed code by simply copying the code from the information bar and pasting it on your website wherever it is required.
  • Once all these are done, click on the “Save & Exit” button
