How to delete or unsubscribe a contact?
Contacts are the individual email addresses that are gathered from people who have opted to receive your marketing emails. This will be the list of audiences within the Yonoma application. The Contact section allows you to effectively manage your contacts list. This allows you to segment your audience based on demographics, interests, or previous interactions to deliver more relevant campaigns.
The first step to delete or unsubscribe is to select the group or groups from which you want to carry this action.
You can also search for a particular mail ID using the magnifying glass search bar at the top portion.
Once it is done, you can select a contact or contacts by simply clicking on the checkbox beside the saved contact name and clicking the “Delete” button on the top left side of the screen.
To unsubscribe a contact, select the contact or number of contacts using the checkbox and click on the “Unsubscribe” button from the “Action” drop-down box.
However, it is important to note that instead of deleting, unsubscribing a contact might be the better option. When you unsubscribe, you will be unable to re-subscribe from the admin end. Only the user can subscribe again.
Any unsubscribed contact will not be included in your subscribers' list or limit.
